Unresolved Bearing replacment??

i decided to pull the made in china e3d v6 and install the real deal today. upon doing so when i was reinstalling the gantry a few balls came out of the bearings on motor side now my printer will not level as it is getting stuck when tiring to move down. simple fix right, right now what is the best way to remove the old.

 

Remove the old with a c clamp, a bolt, and a tube big enough to receive the old one. Or just push the new bearings in one side allowing the old one to pop out the other
