Bed connectors burnt

    I smelt something burning during a print and after it finished I had a look at the bottom of the bed and molex connector was burnt! I managed to sperate the two connectors and get some photos.
    I was relying on the printer for an important print and need it back in working order ASAP, I messaged robo as well telling them of the problem.

    Known issue, they are working to (essentially) recall that wiring harness and get new ones out (or so I understand). They had sent out an email about this to owners, but alas--many (including me and others) did not get this email. Send them an email using the the form here:

    They will get back to you. Probably not immediately, but they will get back to you. Make sure you are one they are sending a kit to.

    Great! Just avoid using the heated bed (absolutely do not use it unattended if you DO use it).
