Ive been having a slight issue where the robo3d will attempt to move the bed backwards further then it can almost as if it thinks the bed is larger than it actually is. The bed will crash into the end of the printer every time the printer does it's 9 pt auto leveling and if the part is too big (which shouldn't happen because it should have displayed it in the software as extending over the edge which it does not)

The dimension in question is the Beds movement which I believe is Y?

This problem occurs on both matter control and simplify3d

my build volume is set to: x:228 y:254 z:203
my origin offset is set to: x:0 y:0 z:0
    toolhead offsets are also 0
global g-code offsets are also 0
Y table axis is set to: flipped

I doubt my xyz steps have much to do with this as my parts are being printed with the correct dimensions

Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be the issue here? I haven't done excessive testing but changing the print bed to a smaller size does not seem to resolve the issue.

    ****SOLVED****
I removed my bed and while doing so realized that the screw that holds the plastic clamp in place for the heated bed cable was loose.

Tightened screw, readjusted cables, bed moves freely again.
