Hey guys i just got a New R1 auto-level last week and only have got to use it this weekend
I am have been having massive feed issues with the printer. I have not had a solid print at all.
Looking through the forms and read post I have come to find out and correct me is i am wrong (pics to fallow ) that my Hex print head or nozzle is bent. Would that make the feeder skip and bind ?
Any info would be great and wonder if Robo will help with a new nozzle or printhead?

    Or am i buying a new E3d V6 ?

Yeah it takes them a while. That could very well cause binding.

I don't know if I would expect a slight bend like that to cause serious problems. Have you gone through the process of making sure your first layer is not too close, made temperature adjustments, and/or tried an oiler?

The Print head bent and broke the welds on the heat break and now the heat break pushes out of the cooling fins

Well, that's the end of that.
    I'd go for the E3D V6.

I'm sure they'll honor it. I haven't really heard anyone (other than the one dude on the shoutbox with the ebay printer) complaining about not having warranty honored. Speed to respond to warranty requests is getting better, but still not the companies brightest shining star.
