My company had an Robo R2 lent to us from an associate. It seems to operate fine, though I did notice a slight popping noise when the head moved a certain way. On close inspection, I discovered two of the carriage bars were slightly bent. I couldn't tell from the naked eye, but when rotating, you can see the connecting joints move side to side about half a millimeter.

Prints come out appearing fine, though on close inspection and in the right light you can detect a slight wave pattern on the surface. Similarly, the first level of my larger prints have consistent, wave-like grid application.

I'm interested in finding out if the rods can be unbent safely, or if I can replace them. The rest of the machine is fine.
