   I pulled my brand new printer out of the box and it looks like the horizontal belt is attached to...nothing. Any and all help would be appreciated!!!!

   Yep, call Robo -- that is not run correctly.
   If you bought it someplace other than Robo direct return it for a replacement.
   Otherwise Robo needs to replace it (or send parts and instructions)
