Unresolved BUrned end

HI there!, i´m trying to print this models, but just right the end of the process seem to stop extruding and the result is a burned mess, I´m usin´ several PLA filaments my temperatures are 200 degrees at extruder, 50 at bed using MatterControl on Yosemite, the models were made on Autodesk 123Design and something weird is that my calibration box are printed perfectly, thank you

have you calibrated all your axis and extruder ?
(extruder calibration)

have you printed an oiler ?

I´ve tried with curaSlicer and the result is slightly different but the error still appear , gonna check & repair the model

 

Hi it's been a long since my last post, i´ve change the software for my printings from MatterControl to Cura and have successfully printed several 3dmodels, now the issue is a broken wade hinge, my hinge now is glued and my first print after it going to be a new hinge but i want to know if it´s possible to get a new from the 3drobo factory?, thanks again
