Calibration issue?

    I was printing out a large object at 100 microns, it is going painstakingly slow and I noticed that one side is thicker. Is the thicker side normal and the rest is not, or is the platform uneven. I want to know is my first layer is supposed to be the transparent part, or the thick part on the edge:

    This seems to be a re-accuring issue. The bed leveling. I will speak about this with the team.

    this is combination of problems, unlevel bed, warping heatbed, and improper z height adjustment.
