    Try .3.

The only other thing i do is use a sheet of vinyl as the print surface. Ive never tried hairspray because this works so good and its good for a long time. I get fantastic prints and ive only been printing for a week. When mine didnt stick i levelled bed, flattened bed, and set layer height to .3 and temps to 210. Perfect every time since.

    sagi,

Make sure the hairspray is dry before you print. I heat the bed to 60C to dry and put it back down to 40C when using PLA.

i tried it and it worked ,
i noticed that the hair spray at the begining is wet and not sticky and after a while it gets dry and not sticky .
you need to spray it at the right time in order for the filament to srick.
i also tried with 0.3 layer and it got to much filament and not a clean print .
i also buy a sheet of vinyl on ebay and will try it when it will arrive .
any way the free PLA is ending and next print will be with the ABS (I only bought ABS)

The .3 layer height should be been pretty good, I think the extruder is too high. I think once you get the vinyl on the bed you will be good to go, its going to be way more consistent than the hairspray.

sagi, I'm not sure I understand your statement. "The right time" should be when the hairspray is dry. Otherwise you will have a mess.
