Hey everyone. Im a complete newbie here. I just got my 3d r1 plus a week ago. Today my hotend is clogged, i cant get my filament to go through the hotend. I followed many instructions online to take it apart. The only problem is that all the instruments say there will be an aluminum plate that needs to be pulled out in order for the hotend to drop. I don't have that, instead i have what seems to be thr plastic version of the plate, and it seems to be glued down so there is no way for me to pull it out. I have no idea how to relase the hotend. Any help would be great.

I removed both fans. Disconnected the wires and loosen the horizontal screws and still nothing :/
