Could an oiler cause filament to slip?

    I was wondering this when I was filling up my oiler could the oil cause the hobbed bolt to lose grip on the filament? I've never experienced this but could it happen?

    Not to my knowledge. The hobbed bolt kinda cuts into the filament so it wouldn't slip in the traditional sense
