Unresolved Different layers aren't lining up

    I have been successfully printing great pieces all week, but for some reason it is now printing the layers in-aligned with the ones below them. The sides of these parts should be vertically flat.

    Loose belt or a loose drive cog (the cog on the motor shaft that drives the belt).
    Fairly common problem.
    Tighten the belt and/or check the drive motor.

    My suggestion is loctite on the setscrews.

    Either of those problems will cause an axis to 'slip' or 'skip' which is exactly what you see.
