Not sure how it got this bad. I bought the printer used and the nozzle is so seized I'm about to rip the heater block off trying to loosen it. I heated to 280 before I tried to loosen it

    What should I do?

Heat it hotter (300c) and then hold the heater block with one wrench and try to loosen the nozzle with another. That will help keep the strain off of the heater block and heat break.

Or dismantle it from the printer and disconnect the entire heater block from the heat break and put the heater block in the oven -- heat it to 450f or 500f and then try the two wrench approach.
