Solved E3d V6 skipping lines

I ran a few prints with the stock hot end and got it working pretty good, decided to stick the e3d end in and upgrade the cooling. Now I am having an issue where it looks to skip lines of print. Worked great with the hexagon end. BTW this it the newest plus model. I tried both cura and matter control and get the same results. Its not just on the first layer either. Turning up the filament flow rate on the smart controller seamed to help a little bit but I must be missing something.


On a side note, how to you level the bed front to back on the auto level models?

 

Had to add second post with pic, I have installed my oiler to see if that will help

 

Adding the oiler heloed but was still doing it. Gona take it back aoart and check a few things.
