Extruder doesn't reach 190c (Even with override MatterControl)

Hi,

I have been printing at 0.01mm (high quality setting in MatterControl) for a past couple of days (all fail prints) the First one took 16hours to print and there were problem with rafting so the print falls down and only got 70%

The second one was yesterday. everything was fine up to the 6 hours mark and the extruder just stop extruding. However, it still trying to feed in. The fillament was getting eating up inside but without anything coming through.

So, This morning I then tried to start the print again. However after the extruder reaches 150c, its just stop heating up and starting to cool down instead.

I have to wait for it until it going down to 50c (10mins) to be able to start heating up again and the samething happened. (150c then stop)

I was printing in PLA at 200 first later and 210c after that.

everything seem fine until now.

Just tried this in Repetier. Didn't work as well
