Fan voltages?

    Are all of the part/heatsink fans on the extruder end 12v? Just had the heatsink fan die and a couple of places mention of 24v (most of those in the course of modding) so I wanted to clarify before moving forward.

    I'll check it today, IIRC it is 24v, but I will check again.

    Checked it with meter earlier, looks like very slightly overdriven 12v/0.15a - i got some 12v/.6a replacements that should hold up!

    The 12v supply on the Robo system board is way underpowered. The original design had a linear regulator that was under powered and the PCB designer selected an even smaller package, that means that the regulator is probably running in a temperature limited mode. If using larger fans it would be a good idea to replace the system fan in the bottom of the case with a 24v unit and rewire. This would help with reducing the 12v load.
