Unanswered Filament clip

    HI Guys,

    You know the filament clip (the bit that has the 2 silver screws at the back of the extruder) used to pull backwards so that I could insert the filament for a new reel. For some reason it doesn't want to pull back anymore. I don't want to force it just in case I break it. What could cause the clip from moving back?.

    Any ideas.

    If the screws are to to tight you can release it. Try to back ojt the screws a bit.

    If that doesnt work take the screws out there is probably debris in the springs. Then put them back and try again
