Ok so I've got a jam in the actual printing head. I cannot get any filament through it regardless of how hot I heat it and feed filament through. I have the printer head pulled out with the 2 hex screws. No filament is proturuding from the heat sink at the top. So I can only assume the jam is in the hole below. I pulled out the screw at the top. Not sure what to do next. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Best way I found to clear plugs is to leave the machine together. heat the nozzle to 250 and use a piece of piano wire or a small drill made to clear the nozzle. once you get it cleared do a nylon pull and clean it well. Then season the nozzle. Add a oiler/cleaner and no more issues with clogged nozzle.
