Unanswered Filament keeps bundling up

    I have a robo with a smart lcd screen and e3d upgrade.

    When ever i print, the filament keeps bundling up where the nozzle is and not lay any pla on the bed. I am stump to why this is occurring. The offset is at its lowest and the hot end is as straight as possible.

    here is a video of my robo auto leveling and then performing that issue.

    That usually means the filament is printing too hot.

    Not sure what you mean by 'lowest' for the offset, you need an offset or the extrduer is on the glass and can't extrude properly.
    Start with 1mm and adjust from there.

    I can't see the nozzle tip in the video so it is impossible to say if the nozzle is offset from the bed or not.
