Howdy Y'all, I am wondering what I am doing wrong?

I am trying to print this chassis I've deigned in cinema and exported to cura and its coming out as a blobby mess.

Hard to really see what's going on but it looks like that model would require supports. Are you generating supports?

Also are you using glue on the bed? What temp are you printing at?

And since you created the model ... run it through all of the 3D model test/repair utilities you can find.
    Netfabb free version for starters.

Better pictures of the failing print would help.

Thanks guys, I will do that better pictures tomorrow. I've rain the model threw matter controll repair tool on the mac and it looks good.

Yes I am trying to learn to make supports. Now do I need to do this in matter control or cura or conema?

Protip: don't ever use matter control. Run the repair through netfab. Or simplify3d.

Cura supports aren't terrible, but really I'd you plan on printing a lot of things that require supports... Get Simplify. It will save u a lot of filament and headaches
