Solved First layer height too low

hey guys! so i have a little problem that probably is nothing but i cant find anything anywhere about it. So i havent printed in a while due to work and things of that nature and i go to print today and i notice that on the first layer nothing was coming out of the extruder. i thought well maybe the extruder is clogged so i checked that and it wasnt clogged. then i started looking at the extruder head and i noticed that the extruder nozzle was very close to the bed. so then i did a little research and seen that Barnacules had a similar problem and all he done was twist the z-axis threaded rods and it worked. i tried this and got it to where it was just right and then it was printing. so i try to start a new print and it does the same thing and i dont want to have to move the rods everytime. if anyone knows if there is another thread on this or knows anything that could help feel free to tell me. i will say that i did update cura but i dont know if that would have anything to do with it. when it was working fine i could see the z-rods moving slightly while printing. i guess this was " bed leveling" ? if anyone know how to fix this let me know. thanks!

with auto-level?

If so your z-offset is too low. Make it a bit more negative and try again.

Alright i followed your link Mark and it worked. i also took a look at this forum http://community.robo3d.com/index.php?threads/cura-settings.3617/#post-44207 and now it prints better than ever! Thanks for the help!
