Unanswered Has anyone here ever bought from Alchement.com?

    Before you say anything, yes I know that Robo 3d sells filament. I did not find out about this until recently.

    Anyway, I bought some wood filament off of these guys a little bit ago and Ive been having issues with it. The support guy that I've been talking to offered to send me 2 sample spools of filament thats free of charge as far as I can tell. Has anyone had experience with them before? Do they just sell bad filament, or do I have bad luck? Is it worth the hassle to have him send me the samples?

    I can't say I have ever dealt with them, do whatever makes you feel comfortable. Sounds like they are trying to make it right.
    If they will and you are happy, all good.

    The wood stuff can be tricky no matter who you get it from. If it is clogging on you, try a larger nozzle. 0.6 works well.

    (free plug: the cheap stuff I get from all over, but the good filament I usually trust @Printed Solid to deliver it for me).
