Unresolved Heated Build Plate Not working

    hello there i got my robo 3d r1 about 4 months ago and besides the random errors i love it

    whenever i try to use my printer lately the heated build plate will just sit at 8 - 14 degrees and will not get any hotter at all ... i was wondering if any one else has had this issue and knows how to fix this issue

    ps. the hot end heats up just fine

    Either the heater is disconnected from the RAMPS or the polyfuse might be acting up or a broken wire/connector.
    If this was new make a request into Robo for support and get it fixed under warranty (you still have a month).
    Otherwise we can help you figure it out.

    ... i figured it out the wires attached to the bed have started to rip out i am going to need to buy a new bed
