Answered heating problem. starting at 150 and ramping up to 300

    so for some reason when I turn my printer on it says my hot end is at 150c and when I try to preheat it says it hits 300c and gives me an error window and then it looks like my hot end is stuck at 315c idk if its ACTUALLY that hot but I can smell burning plastic. is this just a thermistor issue?
