Have been printing ok for a while and all the sudden. Air prints and can't feed any filament. Decided to take off the hot end to see if it was jammed. Was a little bit so cleaned it. While it was off I noticed that the heater block is not parallel with the Hex heat sink body as in it's bent somewhere. Is this normal? Not sure if it is contributing to the issue or not.

Print Nylon and use an Oiler otherwise. Looks like heat break may be bent. Next steps?

    Buy a new one.
There is no source of replacement parts (unlike E3D).

If you are under warranty open a replacement part request from Robo main web page.
Get a replacement under warranty perhaps.
