    so what do you think?

my y axis looks really inaccurate, but the blet is plenty tight( i think )

Looks ... not bad. IMG_20141122_103637683_HDR.jpg shows some layers/lines not completely filled (bottom round section in photo) but it could just need another top/bottom layer or two. You are getting there :)

I see a little Z ribbing (whole 'nother thread on that) Not sure if I see a layer shift (I see where the slicer did the layers above/below the shaft different, but that is a choice with how the slicer did its job). We could just be using different terms. I'd experiment with a different slicer and compare. Still overall that is a decent looking print. While the details might be important, they are minor details to clean up now :)

Attached is my PLA profile (rename it to PLA.FFF and you can import it). The only likely difference is the nozzle size (mine is 0.5 so set that to match yours).

What's the deal with the rafts? The rafts are so hard to get off. BTW the print look exactly the same I'll post pics when I get a chance. I'm going to rotate the print 90 degrees and see if the gapps are in the same spot.

Yea, I avoid them whenever possible. Sadly, not always possible. They do come off, but it is a bit more work.
