    I have a GCODE that’s printing poorly from a TinkerCad-generated STL.

It’s basically 1/2 of a poker chip rack that needs to be up on stilts.
I made these holes in the bottom that the stilts are supposed to go into… but my printer is printing the the stilt holes as filled-in. The holes are there, but they’re filled in (weird).
Any ideas why this is happening?

I also posted the design on Thingiverse where you’ll see how I inserted the holes. The holes are like 6mm tall with 1mm BELOW the print table for maneuvering in Tinkercadand such. My thought was that this would print a hole.

Attached are images the holes both in TinkerCad and after printing.

Any ideas no how to get holes top print as actual holes?

    Thanks

    Support material?
    Kind of looks like it.
If so then that should pop out.

    Can't speak for Tinkercad.

you mean the zig zag squares? those are supports, you are supposed to remove them after printing. without them the gaps might sag if theres anything being printed on top of them.

Makes sense. I was wondering if it would sag or not. Now I wish I hadn't canceled the print.
I'll try popping our gauging it out after my next print. I had warping issues n that one anyway.
Again... thanks for the speedy responses!
