I just got my 2nd hand Robo 2013 running now - it never printed anything before I started 3 weeks ago...
Today after I provided a little bit mor tension to the extruder to feed the ABS Filament better, the hot end came off. I printed with the maximum of 235 degree celsius and at a speed of 50-60mm/sec.
    Hmm...?

I think it´s time now for a new (better) hotend - the E3D?

Looks like your hot end was running hot. You might be able to repair it but those extruders aren't the best quality and the E3D v6 is a great upgrade

    Hello Mike,
I will order now the E3D Hotend. I need higher temperatures - max. 235 degrees were already at the edge for ABS printing and I do not want to experience this accident again... And to waste more time...

I have an older E3D V5 and it works great. The only jam I ever had was with Colorfab XT. I seasoned it with some grapeseed oil and it has not jammed since. Some here use filament oilers for PLA but I have not needed it yet.
