My ROBO and I are doing well but for two issues: Arduino won't let me raise hot end temp above 230 (it's OK: I have an e3d hot end installed).; and, Repetier won't let me set more than 2 perimeter shells. I would appreciate any help on solving either, or both of these things. Thanks!

you have to go into the marlin firmware and set the maxtemp. robo marlin firmware max temp is around 230c. it wont let you go past 230c unless you change the maxtemp to a higher setting. so for the ed3 you can change that to 300c or more.

I sort of knew that part, Cambo. I can find the Marlin areas but can't open the .cpp file to make the change.

marlin firmware is in the forum.. coby posted it.
go to the arduino website, download arduino ide. open the current marlin robo firmware and make the changes.
caution though.. if you have to ask how to do it .. i would read up and understand how to modify the firmware and use the arduino IDE because you could accidentally change something that could ruin your printer..

Yes, I could actually screw it up. But I'm willing to make the attempt.
