I use the Cheap Chinese E3D J6 (wade) hotends. (I just ordered on eBay, 4 for $25 delivered )
This shroud is for that size hotend. I could be made shorter easily for the Robo hex hotend if anyone wants it.

It is notched to allow use of larger steppers, and notched for the door.

I print a forming tool then punch a 7mm hole in the sheet metal. The punch is cheap and available all over. I like the metal from 1 gallon cans of paint thinner etc.. I punch the hole in a strip of metal then use the forming tool in a vise to form the shield. After forming I scribe a line around the plastic forming tool and and cut with tin snips. I use a file to fit to the shroud.

The shroud does not require the shield, but works better with it. It uses m3x16 self tapping screws for the fans and m3x28 screws for mounting to the aluminum plate.
