Linear Bearings Exchange - HowTo?

    My Exchange 8mm Linear Bearings for the newest Y-Carriage and also the Z-Carriage just arrived.
    I'm wondering if there exist any instructions how to disassemble the old Carriage unit to exchange the Bearings?
