Got my new Robo 3d Printer and it had an advertisement for makable.com. I registered on that site and then went to the logon screen. Every time I enter my user name and password, it simply goes right back to the logon screen. I tried registering with IE and Chrome, but can't get past the login screen.

It sounds like a nice place to get some items to 3d print. Is that a real website? Anybody know what's going on with it not getting past the logon screen?

I know Robo3D is working on their own Thingivers type website. If that is it that would explain why you cannot go any farther into it yet. It is not up and running yet.

No, I bought the printer from Robo 3d. The printer came with an ad for the site makable.com. Makable, com is what I am questioning.

Yes thanks, I know about thingiverse.com, I was just wondering about a website that Robo 3D advertises that you can't logon to.

grabcad.com has a pretty big data base. Many users post .stl files. Unfortunately many of the offerings are too complex to print but there are still plenty that are printable

Appears to be real, but not ready to launch. Take a look at the robo3d booth from makerfaire that they have posted on facebook.
