Both Matterhackers and E3d offer nozzles that are "anti-stick" so that the filament doesn't stick to the nozzle. (Matterhackers' "clean tip nozzle" and E3d's "Nozzle X". They both use Tungsten Disulfide (WS2) as the coating material. It supports temperatures up to 650C, is chemically inert, and non-toxic. I decided to buy an aerosol can of it off Amazon
(LOWER FRICTION US-WS2-SP-13OZ Tungsten Disulfide Dry Lubricant Aerosol Spray Can; 13 oz; 1: Amazon.com: Industrial & Scientific)

It works fantastic. Although WS2 is non-toxic, it can cause minor skin irritation (only during the application process) owing to dermabrasion. Also, the aerosol components ARE toxic so it would be wise to use a respirator and goggles when applying. Lightly sanding the nozzle with 1 micron aluminum oxide paper will help with adhesion.
