Solved MC not starting on Windows 10 laptop

    Hi everyone! Just got an R1+ a week ago and have it working with MC on a Win 7 desktop. I was able to install MC on a Win 10 laptop but the MC icon does not launch the program. The busy arrow spins for a few seconds and then stops without starting MC or even issuing any error message. Thanks for any ideas you might have for fixing this. I've worked with Ryan at MC support a bit but they haven't come up with a solution yet.

    Good luck. Not sure how many folks here use MC extensively. Their forum and folks are the best bet.

    What are the user preferred interface softwares among Robo users? I had assumed MC would be popular since it is the software included with the printer.
