I have had a few different prints do this and not exactly sure why. First 20 or 30 minutes will go fine, then I will come back and notice the 25th (guessing) layer is not stuck and just making a mess in that area....and even in the support material I notice a similar issue. I don't have a picture, but I am sure I will have plenty of footage tomorrow, lol. My first thought is filament in a bind and not getting enough to properly build layer...but Ive never been around when it did it so not sure. It has happened at 210c and at 200c with PLA. First layers were excellent. Just figured I would check and see if anyone else had that problem and solved it.

Raised temp to 215/213 and seemed to have helped tremendously.

Yea, the thermistors are ballpark (everyone a little different accuracy wise) and the filament spools vary some as well. You just have to play with it.
