   Is there a minimum nozzle size for the R1+ ? I got a near-instant jam with PLA at 0.2 and am wondering if there are any specified or practical limits.

   Nope. You did slow down print speed linear with the nozzle size didn't you/
   
   If max print speed works fine at a 0.4 nozzle it will be 50% less with a 0.2 nozzle (you get the idea).
   
   Same really with layer height. You need to adjust those with nozzle size changes.
