4 posts on facebook in 2 days. None related to progress with Robo3D. 1 post on this thread in 6 days. Makes me wonder where their priorities lie.

Can you just let the guys know that regular updates are essential to us backers. Just letting us know that encasings have arrived and then telling us nothing is very frustrating especially when we see them asking us on Facebook what we will be entering for an international 3D printing competition.

Short answer to that is "NOTHING"

Ah, no, I don't believe I ever double checked that they were live (other than it appeared to be after posting it).

 

Ah, it wasn't particularly important. I just said something to the effect of a more personal email to the early Kickstarter supporters who ordered in January (such as myself) would be appreciated.

 

Well, when I placed my order on kickstarter I was one of the first 50 printers to be delivered in March. Some update or explanation on which orders they are shipping or how many have actually shipped would be nice. All I know is some casings came in by air freight, they didn't ship mine, they got hundreds more in by boat, and I still don't have mine or an ETA. I feel like, at the very least, they could provide some more specific information about how long it will take to get around to the 100-150 people that have been waiting 7+ months.

 

That is now 6 March backers who have not received there printers yet. Apparently some discrepency with the numbers they are saying they have shipped.

Can we have some clarification on this please gents.

Could we also have some response to the numerous questions which have been posted to you through various medium. Her, on KS etc.

Your social media guy seems to be able to post stuff tou Facebook on a regular basis but doesn't seem to be able to respond to backers with as much zeal.
