For some reasons my motor keeps slipping but only with bronzefill... Makes a click noise and I can see the gear move back. Any ideas?

Hotter? Might need to adjust the POTS driver card if turning up the heat doesn't help any.
It is a thicker filament, but I have not had any major issues extrduing it.

Hmm I'm printing at 80 mm/s with 300 micron layers. Should I slow down or print at a higher resolution to minimize the amount of filament coming out? Also printing on a Bowden set up with retraction on 4 mm at 20mm/s chimera .4 nozzle

Slower is probably the only good choice there, I assume you are using a 0.6 or larger nozzle.
I think they suggest a 0.6, but I was OK with a 0.5 (and even did some testing with a 0.4 -- just slowed it down). Now I am on the volcano with a 0.8 -- no worries there.

Most of the 'composite' material filaments (Bronzefil, woodfil, etc) suggest a slightly larger nozzle.

I was using .4 nozzle. But I ended up just printing on my direct drive robo... I'm going to try to print some planetary nema 17 extruders and try again on the Bowden set up. My motors are 100:1. Do you think that will cause an issue?

I don't really have any experience with bowden.
It it probably possible with a 0.4 if you have issues just slow it down.
