Hi Moose I can help you out and get this printer going I have recently got a few new users going relatively quickly and feel confident I can get you going as well

Things we need to do to get you printing correctly is
get the axis level to the bed
set prints to show skirts and the do test printing to fine tune the height using the z adjustment
so let me know exactly where you currently are

my z axis is level when its in the middle but the bed curves up so when im at "home im way higher and my shit shoots off the z axis nuts in my images you see it adjusted to the bolts at home the only way to print is removing a bracket but if the prints to tall x axis and y to shakey

    Moose,

It looks like you forgot to put the borosilicate glass on top of your heat bed. This is the problem why your print bed is dropping in the middle. There was a piece of glass that came with your printer. Go through the videos posted on this forum to see how to install it. Let me know if that works
