Solved New bed not heating properly

I finally got my new bed wired up properly but it isn't heating up the way that it should. The target temp is 50c but it keeps hovering around 22c the highest that it has gotten so far is 22.4c can I get some help from someone on this please.

 

Sounds like it's not heating at all. Measure the resistance across the bed heater on D8

 

I checked all of the plugs down on the board and some seemed a little loose so I seated them better and now it is heating up. Thank you for the advice though I'll keep that in mind if that happens again.
