I have the following error in Windows 7 professional

The connection failed with the following error: the parameter is incorrect

Make sure your printer is connected, enabled and connection data is set correct. Open printer settings?

    I installed
adruino, loaded the 3/14 file and tried to upload, it times out.

It's still working on my other laptop but since this is a new install I not sure if there is setting I have to do to have the USB to act like a Com port.

No conflicts in my device manager

    Anyone else figure this out?

What does it show up as in the device manager? You might need to update the drivers and tell it to install Arduino Mega 2560

I had an issue with that adruino mega 2560
But I installed the driver successfully - no conflicts.

    Port_#0001 hub_#0001
    Showed as Other device
    RUMBA AT mega 2560 co

But it does now have a yellow thingy on it. I tried following the install again and it does not find the at mega 2560

Tried searching the amd64, drivers and any other. Directory. Not found.
    What am I looking for?

Ok, figured it out. I found the driver in Windows itself - it's now connected
