Solved New LCD installed.. But....

Got my new xxl lcd installed but occasionally it will go though its start gcode and then retract a very huge amount, it retracts for a good 5 seconds and pulls the whole filament feed out of the extruder, However my quick fix has been just cut the power and try again and its fine, I would really like to figure out what is causing this so that killing the power isn't the fix. Any feedback?
