Solved new R1 plus, can's see the voltage switch

    Hello. I just received my printer but I can't power it up because I don't know if I should give it 115V or 230V. Also, the user manual says that there should be a switch at the back where I can set whichever voltage I want to use but it seems like there is no such switch on the printer I got (see the picture). Thank you.

    Your power supply has slid out of position.
    It is set by default to 115 (US power) so if that is what you have you should be fine. You can slide the power supply back into position if you want.
