This thing is amazing!!! Took me 6 hours to get it woringk but I think it was all me. I couldn't get it working with OSX 10.10 (beta). Had to bootcamp win7 pro. I'm running Matter and had to get the latest RRD_RUMBA_TAURINO_DriverSetup. Took me a few try's to load the filament properly and get something to come out. I must say after 2 prints it's truly amazing!! Thank you Robo 3D for new print head, it's working extremely well!!! Can't wait to get the kids involved. Might need to order 5 more printers to make sure I get my time on it.

On the 3d print part of the print head fell down. I think I'm missing a set screw. Anyone know the size? Trying to avoid taking it all apart. If i do need to tear it apart how do I?

Submit a tech support request. Not sure that's repairable.

Is the set screw in the side/bottom of the heat sink present? I can't seem to see it in your pic but can see the hole for it.

I saw on another post regarding Hexagon hotend new design needing a screw for the heat break. It was a press fit before.
