Unanswered New to robo printer

I have a printrbot metal simple and prints well. We bought this robo 3dr1 plus. I'm trying to figure things out. I've switched to cura and I like my prints so far. I have a problem getting the lower section to be smooth.
He sides looks good
My settings are the same here but for infill it was 15%

I'm using a Robo R1 Plus with Cura 15.04.6

I would try increasing your Shell Thickness & Fill Thickness, and lower Fill Density.

My Support Settings won't have an effect on your issue, but I have mine set up this way to make a Brim.
