i just received new Robo 3d ABS+PLA . and i like to sell it

+ 2 filament ABS + 2 filament PLA

NOTE :
after i received my 3d printer i found at the back of the glass print bed small size broken like 3 cm x 2 cm
the broken place is the same place of the bracklet connecting the drive belt for the Y axis so there is still one hole and the another hole brocken

i try to fix and print but my print was not complete so because i do

not know how to fix it that is why i like to sell it

why dont u contact robo3d and have them send u the new parts to replace the broken parts?

Sounds like you need a replacement heated bed.

 

They can send you a new one. Contact them on robo3dhelp@gmail.com.

I broke mine and I got a replacement no problem. I had to pay for mine as I broke it but they will replace one that was broken in shipment.

Took about 20 minutes to replace and it was very straightforward.

 

Mine was broken in shipping at one of the screw holes also and they sent a replacement very quickly (to the US).

 

i already sent email to robo3d then they asked me to send to them some pictures , i said to them ok , and i sent to them some pictures but until now they did not reply to me , im still waiting they reply to me , may be later they will reply . during this time i decide to sell the 3d printer with 4 filament ,,,

 

Well you should still get the bed replaced before you sell it so your consumer doesn't have to go through that.

You should email them again to remind them. Things fall through cracks

 

I think RoBo needs to get a support ticket system so people stop getting missed.

 

Know of any free ones? I know xenforo has a ticket function though

 

No, But they should invest in one, It would probably generate more business from people not being pissed off by being ignored and then spreading bad experiences around.

 

Well until they listen to my other suggestions I won't bother with it.
