Unresolved Noise Coming from Printer on start up

So I went to start up the printer this morning and as soon as I turned it on there was a louding winding noise I guess you could call it,It sounded like it was coming from the right side,After taping the right side of the printer a few times the sound stopped. I know this has to be a fan,Is it the fan that is located on the plastic bottom of the unit of the fan that is in the power supply unit?

(This happened before I started any print,Just as I turned on the printer)

I want to put a warranty replacement request in before it actually goes out completely.

 

I agree,Is there a special model number for the fan or do I just put "The RAMPS board fan"?

 

Ok sounds good,I said part number on the form,I didn't know if there was a specific number I had to give or just say what needed to be replaced. Lol

Could it be the fan blades rubbing on something like the end of a cable tie? I haven't been that far into mine yet, so I don't know how the wire dress is in there.
