Solved (NOOB) Something out of place on z axis and how to remove stuck print.

Im a noob and dont know what any of the parts are called. For some reason all my axises go too far. I accidenttaly made my z axis go down and those parts popped out of place.

Another thing. I had a print fail so when i went to remove it, it was stuck to the print bed. I couldnt take it out for nothing.
Like i said im a "noob" at the whole 3d printing thing and barley know anything.

raise it back up and pop them back over the top
