Unresolved noob user/printer

    should i set the fan to turn on after like x amount of layers? seems to be printing well for the first maybe centimeter but then it goes bleh

    If using PLA then yes. If ABS no.

    Generally you don't want the fan on the first layer to help adhesion. After that you can run it 100% with PLA

    so i set the fan to turn on after like 50 layers. worked good for the most part except ... i think the stabilizers printed with supports? how do i go about removing them? not as easy as i had thought o_O

    yea, matter control /slic3r supports. remove with hammer and chisel on an anvil. Most of the reason I bought S3D.
