Unresolved not good quality

Why is this happening to my print while I used netfabb to fix the model!!.

 

This looks like PLA right? I think you need a better surface adhesion method.

Hairspray usually works well. But I've found that blue painters tape with hairspray on it.


Is there supposed be that gap? Is the models base completely flat? It looks to me like the filament isn't sticking well.
